Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association
MEMSPA is a professional association for elementary and middle level principals in the State of Michigan serving a membership of over 1300. The strength of any organization relies on the strength of its membership. The membership not only supports the association through payment of dues but also in many key leadership roles. Those roles are listed under Committees in this web site. MEMSPA looks to a vital and vibrant future.
MEMSPA members are divided into 14 regional groups that offer more localized networking & professional development opportunities.

Mission Statement
The Michigan Elementary & Middle School Principals Association is a professional organization serving elementary and middle level principals. MEMSPA is dedicated to supporting principals in the delivery of quality educational experiences to the students of the State of Michigan by providing leadership, legislative advocacy, professional development and guidance.
