Jason Hill

Jason Hill is the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Birmingham Covington School, where he is dedicated to fostering a strong school community, supporting staff development, and creating meaningful opportunities for students both inside and outside the classroom. With extensive experience in athletics, extracurricular programming, and large-scale student travel, Jason is passionate about building experiences that inspire growth, teamwork, and joy.

In addition to his work at BCS, Jason serves on the MEMSPA Region 7 Board, where he enjoys collaborating with fellow leaders to share best practices, strengthen school leadership, and support principals across the region.
