The Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principal Association (MEMSPA) offers professional learning opportunities to support school leaders. We believe in the power of cohort learning experiences, in which participants can develop connections and benefit from building relationships, continued support and learning. We offer both one time learning events, cohort learning experiences, a variety of different learning series, as well as both in person and virtual learning. Our professional learning opportunities are open to MEMSPA members and nonmembers and are appropriate for all levels of school leadership.

Nominations for the 2025 Principal of the Year are due on October 10, 2025.
The POY award will be announced at our Annual Conference in December.
