If you have joined us in the past for our Partner and Vendor Show, you will notice that we made a few improvements this year. The Partner and Vendor show will still take place on Thursday afternoon, but it will be held in the Michigan Ballroom this year. This will give us more space for attendees in the general sessions in the Governor's Hall, since our attendance has increased significantly in the past few years.
After meeting with a focus group of our partners, we determined that it would be helpful if we reduce the price of vendor spaces this year by offering tables rather than booths. You have the option to purchase a single (one table) or a double (two tables) space.
Please note that MEMSPA's Legacy partners and Collaborating Champion partners receive 1 complimentary table as part of their partnership agreements. Our Legacy partners have the opportunity to choose the location of their table space based on timestamp. One of our team members will reach out to each Legacy partner, in order of timestamp, so you can make your selection for the location of your table.
All other table spaces will be assigned and you will receive your assignment, with specific instructions for the event set up, closer to the event.
