“Do We Really Know What Matters Most in Learning Leadership?”
Knowing-n-Growing Our Leadership Impact by Focusing MORE
on What Research (and Our Inner Wisdom) Says Matters in Our Work
If I asked you to list your top two to three leadership practices that you know FOR SURE
matter most to supporting high impact teaching and student learning, what would you say?
In this Thoughtful Leadership Session, we will dive into what John Hattie’s Visible 2023
research says are the top daily practices of learning-focused leaders. We will then explore
ways in which we can do more of these practices in MEANINGFUL and MANAGEABLE
ways (the M & M Factor) to make each moment as leaders matter more using John Hattie’s
latest, user-friendly resource as a guide on the side to support thinking about what matters
most.
