Professional Bio
Mike Hart is currently the director of curriculum for the Ludington Area School District. Prior to this role, he served as the principal of O.J. DeJonge Middle School within the Ludington Area School District. Hart is also the Region 12 Board of Directors representative and Region 12 President for MEMSPA.
Prior to returning to his hometown of Ludington, Mike served as a teacher, football coach, and curriculum specialist within the Fairfax County, Virginia, Public School System where he was able to oversee middle school health and physical education instruction in 27 middle schools impacting 28,000+ students.
Hart is an alumnus of Central Michigan University (BSED), West Virginia University (MS), and Western Michigan University (EdS). He is married to Stephanie, a speech-language pathologist and together they have two children, Patrick and Emma, who are students in the Ludington Area School District.
