Jennifer Shabazz

Jennifer Shabazz has served as the Principal of Ballard Elementary School for the past five years. She brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, including eight years as an administrator. Jennifer has presented at multiple MEMSPA conferences and has served as the Region 5 President, where she worked to support and advocate for school leaders across the region. Her leadership is centered on building strong school communities, supporting staff growth, and ensuring all students thrive.
