A Collaborative Foundation
Our strategic plan was shaped through a comprehensive and inclusive process that brought together MEMSPA leadership, regional representatives, members, and partners. Through structured conversations and stakeholder engagement, we examined where we have been, where we are, and where we are going.
A key component of this work was the collection and analysis of stakeholder feedback. Insights gathered from members and partners across the state helped identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring that our strategic priorities reflect the needs and perspectives of the communities we serve.
