2026 - 2027 MEMSPA Membership
All current MEMSPA memberships will automatically renew on May 1, 2026, for the 2026–2027 school year. After May 1, members should log in to their Member Compass to view and pay their invoice.
Please note: A 3% service fee applies to credit card payments. Members may also choose to pay by check.
Be sure to check your contract—many administrator agreements include provisions for association membership reimbursement. Once your invoice is paid, receipts are available in Member Compass under Account History.
Protect Your Membership Benefits
Paying your invoice on time ensures uninterrupted access to all MEMSPA/NAESP benefits. One of the most valuable is your due process protection, which includes:
- Up to $20,000 in due process coverage
- $2 million in professional liability coverage (with continuous membership)
If payment is not received by September 30, your accrued due process benefit resets to $2,000—so don’t let this important protection lapse.
